DESCRIPTION: Medical device for ophthalmic use, consisting of a sterile solution with high biocompatibility, physiological pH and preservative-free. Contains Perilla extract and hyaluronic acid. Due to its composition, the Crystalline Blue Eye Drops formula is indicated to relieve redness, dryness and eye fatigue caused by atmospheric and environmental agents (dust, allergens) and by visual stress (prolonged computer use and contact lens use, excessive light exposure). It is also recommended for frequent and prolonged use. Instillation before wearing contact lenses facilitates their application, while afterwards it makes their use more comfortable.

COMPONENTS: Perilla dry extract (titrated in polyphenols ≥2.5%) 0.1%; hyaluronic acid sodium salt 0.1%; sodium chloride; anhydrous dibasic sodium phosphate; monobasic monohydrate sodium phosphate; purified water q.s. to 100 ml.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Open the protective aluminum pouch. Separate one single-dose vial from the strip of 5 vials. Rotate and break off the cap of the vial. Gently press the body of the single-dose vial and instill 2 drops into each eye once or more times a day. After instillation, immediately recap the vial and reuse the remaining contents within the next 12 hours.

WARNINGS: The product is for ophthalmic use only. Once opened, the single-dose vial can be re-sealed with its cap, but the contained solution must be used within 12 hours. Do not use the product if the aluminum pouch is damaged or if the vials are not perfectly intact. Keep out of reach of children. Before opening the vial to administer the drops, wash your hands thoroughly. During instillation, do not touch the eye or other surfaces with the dispensing tip of the vial. Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility or allergy to even a single component of the formulation. If necessary, check with your optician about the compatibility of the eye drops with the contact lenses you use. In case of discomfort during use, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor. Any administration of ophthalmic drugs should be carried out at least 15 minutes after the instillation of eye drops, particularly if they contain benzalkonium chloride, or other quaternary ammonium salts, to avoid the precipitation of hyaluronic acid. The concomitant administration of ophthalmic drugs with eye drops must be carried out under the supervision of a doctor who can evaluate possible interactions. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.

STORAGE: Store in a dry place, away from heat sources and direct exposure to sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Shelf life with intact packaging: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 months.

FORMAT: The package consists of 2 strips of 5 single-dose vials each. The 0.5 ml single-dose vial is re-sealable.
