How to use
The pad can be used cold or hot. It can be cooled in the freezer or refrigerator. It can be heated in hot water or the microwave.
Use your hands to distribute the heat evenly. Always insert the gel pad into the provided cover or a clean towel when applying it to the skin.
Apply the pad to the affected area until comfortable. When the gel pad reaches room temperature, reheat it.
The protective cover of the gel pad can be applied quickly and comfortably, ensuring even greater safety for the skin.
To be used cold for ankle sprains, tense leg/arm muscles after sports activity, swelling of bruises, e.g., on the knee, pulled ligaments.
