Directions for use
Apply before sun exposure in an adequate amount (2 mg/cm2) to obtain the indicated protection level (SPF) and reapply frequently.

Warnings
Reducing the amount applied also reduces the level of protection. Do not stay exposed to the sun for too long, even if you are using sun protection. Avoid direct contact with clothing, it may stain. For external use.
