Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 stick per day, preferably on an empty stomach or 15 minutes before meals. Pour the content of one stick directly into the mouth or dissolve it in a glass of water, mixing well and consuming after preparation.

Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Do not administer and keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
