Description
An instant granular vegetable preparation, made with a mix of 5 selected vegetables, designed for preparing broth, risottos, and vegetable soups, and also ideal for enhancing the flavor of stir-fried vegetables, quick or elaborate meat and fish dishes.

Ingredients
Food salt; flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate; dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (celery - onion 9.6%, garlic - carrot - leek 2.9%), maltodextrin, potato starch, seed oil (corn and/or sunflower), caramelized sugar, natural celery flavor.
May contain lactose and peanut.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
For an excellent broth: dissolve 1 teaspoon (4 g) of product in 250 ml of boiling water.
To flavor your dishes: add the product as a total or partial substitute for salt.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, do not leave the product exposed to air, do not remove the product with wet spoons, and preferably store it in the refrigerator.
Shelf life when unopened: 36 months.
