Food supplement based on amino acids, plant substances, vitamins and minerals.
The formula contains vitamin B8 (biotin) which helps maintain healthy hair; bilberry contributes to the functionality of the microcirculation; zinc helps maintain normal nails and hair and protect cells from oxidative stress; vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine.

Aerial part extract of maidenhair fern (Adiantum capillus-veneris L.), L-cystine, DL-methionine; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; maltodextrin, dry extract of bilberry fruit (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), zinc sulfate monohydrate, dry extract of milk thistle fruit [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.]; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; dried ferrous sulfate; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate; calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, D-biotin.

How to use
Take one capsule in the morning with a glass of water. It is recommended to continue the treatment for a period of 3 months.
