Description
Food supplement consisting of 16 nutrients useful for providing a supplementary intake of vitamins and minerals in situations of increased need (e.g. psycho-physical stress, before and during exposure to sunlight). Eber Active 16 is based on beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamins C, D, E and B vitamins, copper, selenium, magnesium and zinc. Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, C, biotin, copper, magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal nervous system function. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B2, C, E, copper, selenium and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamins B6, B12, C, D, copper, selenium, zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamins B2, B3, biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Copper contributes to normal skin pigmentation. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one tablet daily, away from meals or two hours before sun exposure.
