Ingredients
Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate, lemon balm dry extract leaves (Melissa officinalis L., maltodextrin) titrated to 2% in rosmarinic acid; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, shellac, glycerol; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet at lunch and 2 before bedtime, or 1 tablet three times a day, or 2 tablets in a single dose before night rest.
