Description
Food supplement based on melatonin. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. Melatonin also contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 drops daily directly in the mouth or diluted in a little water. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
