Ingredients
Magnesium citrate; bulking agent: isomalt; sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose; acidity regulator: citric acid; birch (Betula pendula Roth., leaves 50% and Betula pubescens Ehrh., leaves 50%) d.e. titrated to 2.5% min. flavonoids, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) d.e. titrated to 12% rosmarinic acid, flavouring; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; magnesium oxide; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus L., fruits) d.e. titrated to 0.5% agnuside, saffron (Crocus sativus L., stigmas) d.e. titrated to min. 2% safranal and min. 3% crocin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, preferably with the main meal.
Pour the powder into a glass and add 150 ml of water, mix well until the powder is completely dissolved and consume.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For the use of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Do not take in case of known or suspected allergy to one or more components.
Contains polyols, excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity and direct heat sources.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.
