Description
Food supplement based on D-chiro Inositol, ashwagandha, chaste tree and fenugreek plant extracts, with vitamins B6 and B12 and folic acid. Chaste tree contributes to the regularity of the menstrual cycle. Ashwagandha contributes to relaxation and mental well-being. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and is involved in the cell division process. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function.
Contains sweetener.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: maltodextrin; D-chiro inositol, fenugreek d.e. (Trigonella foenum graecum L. - semen), chaste tree d.e. titrated 0.5% agnuside (Vitex agnus-castus L.-fructus), ashwagandha d.e. titrated 1.5% whitenolides [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal-radix], flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (L-methylfolate calcium), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet daily, dissolved in a glass of water. It is advisable to first pour the powder and then add the water to ensure better solubility of the product.

Keep out of sight and reach of children under three years of age to prevent accidental ingestion. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose without medical advice. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients. Do not use if the package is not intact and/or after the expiry date. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 15°C-20°C, away from light and/or heat sources.
