Water, maltodextrin (36.4%), fructose (18.2%); acidifiers: citric acid; thickener: xanthan gum; natural flavourings, caffeine (0.135%); preservative: potassium sorbate; nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take up to two gels during sports activity. One gel provides 40 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 maltodextrin:fructose ratio and 100 mg of caffeine.
