Ingredients
Soluble fiber derived from wheat; acidifier: citric acid; blueberry powder (13.3%), natural flavors, oat fiber; thickener: guar gum; thickener: xanthan gum; Griffonia extract [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seed](1.7%) titrated to 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; sweetener: sucralose; saffron extract (Crocus sativus L., stigmas)(0.5%) titrated in crocins and safranal; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, nuts.

Directions for use
1. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 500 ml of water.
2. Shake well.
