Description
Food supplement of omega-3 fatty acids.
A concentrate of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA + DHA), indicated in cases of reduced intake of these fatty acids through diet.
- 1 capsule daily: 250 mg of EPA and DHA are beneficial for normal heart function.
- 2 capsules daily: 250 mg of DHA help maintain good brain function and contribute to maintaining good vision.
- 4 capsules daily: 2 g of EPA and DHA contribute to maintaining normal blood triglyceride levels.
- 5 capsules daily: 3 g of EPA and DHA contribute to maintaining normal blood pressure.

Ingredients
Fish oil standardized in omega 3 (75%), food-grade gelatin; firming agents: glycerol, pectins, calcium chloride; antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.

Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
You can take from 1 (EPA 400 mg, DHA 200 mg) to 5 capsules (EPA 2 g, DHA 1 g) daily depending on specific EPA and DHA requirements. For those following the Zone dietary strategy, the recommended daily dose is 4 capsules, which provide approximately 2.5 g of EPA and DHA per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed a supplementary daily intake level of 5 g of combined EPA and DHA (8 capsules).
