Description
Dietary supplement of omega-3 fatty acids.
Concentrated omega-3 fatty acids (EPA + DHA), indicated in cases of reduced intake of these fatty acids through diet.
- 1 capsule per day: 250 mg of EPA and DHA are beneficial for normal heart function.
- 2 capsules per day: 250 mg of DHA help maintain good brain function and contribute to the maintenance of good vision.
- 4 capsules per day: 2 g of EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels.
- 5 capsules per day: 3 g of EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Ingredients
Omega-3 standardized fish oil (75%); edible gelatin; firming agents: glycerol, pectins, calcium chloride; antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
It is possible to take from 1 (EPA 400 mg, DHA 200 mg) to 5 capsules (EPA 2 g, DHA 1 g) per day depending on specific EPA and DHA needs. For those following the Zone dietary strategy, the recommended daily dose is 4 capsules, which provide approximately 2.5 g of EPA and DHA per day.

Do not exceed a supplementary daily intake level of 5 g of combined EPA and DHA (8 capsules).
