Directions for use
We recommend taking 10 ml diluted in a glass of water, once or twice a day at any time (10 to 20 ml per day). If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
