Cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC.) bark powder, frangula (Rhamnus frangula L.) bark powder; bulking agent: cellulose; senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl.) leaves powder, rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L.) rhizome powder, senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl.) leaves dry extract titrated to 20% in sennosides, dandelion [Taraxacum officinale (L.) Weber ex F.H.Wigg.] root powder, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) flowers and leaves dry extract, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit powder, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root powder; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); clove (Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb.) buds powder, gentian (Gentiana lutea L.) root powder, mint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaves essential oil.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets a day, preferably in the evening.
