Description
Single-use silicone wipes for atraumatic and gentle removal of medical adhesives or adherent devices: ostomy appliances, plasters, and adhesive residue.
Esenta adhesive remover wipes are made of medical-grade viscose/polyester and are soaked in 3 ml of a fluid silicone formulation that breaks the bond between an adhesive and the skin, allowing for easier adhesive removal.
The wipes are individually packaged in hermetically sealed sachets with a tear-off opening. Each wipe is single-use and alcohol-free. The fluid in which the wipes are soaked is clear and colourless, drying quickly on the skin after application without leaving any residue.
It aids in the atraumatic removal of medical adhesives, reducing skin stripping trauma and protecting the skin from irritation. Once used on the affected area, they dry in a few seconds, leaving the skin clean and free of residue. The product moisturizes the skin, leaving it soft, silky, and ready for the adhesion of a new device or dressing. It is recommended to use the wipes with every device change.
It does not sting upon contact with the skin, even in the presence of irritation. A slight sensation of freshness might be felt in the affected area during application.
The wipes do not leave the skin greasy.

Storage
The product must be stored in an environment where the temperature does not exceed 50 °C.
Shelf life of unopened packaging: 48 months.
