Description
Food supplement with titrated plant extracts of feverfew, angelica, lemon balm and chasteberry, with magnesium and vitamin B6.
Feverfew, angelica and chasteberry help to counteract menstrual cycle disorders. Angelica also promotes blood circulation. Feverfew also counteracts localized tension.
Lemon balm promotes relaxation, mental well-being and a normal mood, and has antioxidant properties.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose and dicalcium phosphate; corn starch, angelica (Angelica sinensis Oliv. Diels) root d.e. tit. 1% ligustilide, feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium L.Sch. Bip.) herb with flowers d.e. tit. 0.5% parthenolide, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves d.e. tit. 7% hydroxycinnamic derivatives as rosmarinic acid, chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit d.e. tit. 0.5% agnuside; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, fatty acids and microcrystalline cellulose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets daily, with plenty of water, preferably in the morning after breakfast.
It is recommended to take the product starting 7 days before the cycle and for the following 3 days.
