Description
Food supplement based on titrated plant extracts of passionflower, valerian, Californian poppy and hawthorn, useful for promoting relaxation and sleep in cases of stress.

Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated to 0.42% in valerenic acids, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb with flowers dry extract titrated to 3-4% total flavonoids as vitexin; pullulan; Californian poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham) herb dry extract titrated to 0.5% total alkaloids as californidine, hawthorn (Crataegus oxycantha Medicus/Crataegus Monogyna Jacq.) flowers and leaves dry extract titrated to 1.5% vitexin-2-rhamnoside; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; gelling agents; carrageenan, potassium chloride; colouring: copper complexes of chlorophyllins.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, swallowed with plenty of water, preferably in the evening.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not take during pregnancy.
