Description
A food supplement particularly indicated for people with sleep disorders; it is a valid aid in stressful situations that make it difficult to get a good night's rest. It is also useful for regulating circadian rhythms and helping the body adapt to changes in time zones (jet lag). The sublingual spray format facilitates rapid absorption of the active ingredient.

Ingredients
Melatonin; stabilizer: glycerol; purified water; emulsifiers: polysorbate 80 and lecithins (from soy); acidifier: citric acid; flavor; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

No added sugars, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, GMOs and gluten.

Instructions for use
1-2 sprays under the tongue. 1 spray provides 0.5 mg of Melatonin. The beneficial effect of reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime. The beneficial effect of alleviating the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for use during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Store at room temperature.
