Description
High-dose food supplement (1,000 mg) of Vitamin C, an amount equivalent to that contained in approximately 2 kg of oranges. Vitamin C performs important actions in our body and contributes to:
- the normal function of the immune system and nervous system;
- normal energy metabolism;
- reducing tiredness and fatigue; - protecting cells from oxidative stress;
- normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, teeth, and skin;
- increasing iron absorption.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet daily, dissolved in a glass of still water (approx. 200 mL). The tablet dissolves in a few minutes.

Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Storage
Store at room temperature (not above 25°C). Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, direct sunlight, and contact with water. The minimum shelf life refers to the product stored correctly, in an unopened package.
