Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and plant extracts of ashwagandha and lavender.
Ashwagandha (withania) root has tonic-adaptogenic properties, it is a tonic in cases of physical and mental fatigue, useful for relaxation and mental well-being.
Lavender promotes relaxation and sleep in cases of stress.
Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and to alleviate the effects of jet lag.
Lemon flavor.
Contains no added sugars, artificial flavors, artificial colorings, or GMOs.

Ingredients
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) root hydroglyceric extract 1/2 D/E, lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix) flowers e.g. D/E 1/2, melatonin, purified water; stabilizer: glycerol; polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate; acidifier: citric acid, natural flavor; preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.
Gluten-free.

Directions for use
1-2 ml per day (using the graduated dropper), as is or diluted in a little water, in the evening before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Use in children and during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding is not recommended.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
