The application and fixation of dressings requires excellent adaptability and flexibility in the operating room, hospital wards, and outpatient clinics. The product adheres quickly and easily, especially for large bandages. The strip can be cut to size, saving material and reducing costs.
The device is coated with a hypoallergenic polyacrylic adhesive. The backing material is made of transversely stretchable non-woven polyester. Fixomull stretch adapts even to the most contoured parts of the body. All forms of compression, congestion, and circulatory disorders are prevented.
It can be used to cover wounds, even on the most mobile parts of the body, and for secure fixation of tubes, catheters, measuring devices, and various instruments.
