Description
Soft and comfortable wrap with special patented cells containing natural ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt and water) that release heat when exposed to oxygen in the air.
Prolonged heat, at a constant temperature, increases blood circulation in the tissues, providing pain relief and relaxing muscles, as it:
• brings more oxygen to damaged tissues, helping the muscle return to a state of well-being;
• stimulates temperature-sensitive nerve endings, interrupting pain transmission and thus promoting muscle relaxation.
Effective and targeted against muscle and joint pain due to muscle fatigue and tension, sprains, strains, and arthritis.

Instructions for use
Open the pouch when ready to use. ThermaCare can take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the protective paper to expose the adhesive side. Place on the painful area and firmly press the adhesive side onto the skin. Be careful during application not to overlap the cells. Do not use on the face, head, chest, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet, or toes. If you are over 55, wear ThermaCare over a thin layer of clothing (or fabric), not directly on the skin. For maximum effectiveness, wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold with normal household waste.

Warnings
Do not use if:
• the contents of the cells leak and/or the wrap is damaged;
• with medicated creams or ointments, patches, or other heat sources;
• on broken or abraded skin;
• on bruises and swelling that have appeared in the last 48 hours;
• on body areas insensitive to heat;
• by individuals unable to follow all instructions for use or unable to remove the product themselves, including children and non-self-sufficient elderly;
• do not use on the face, head, chest, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet, or toes.

Consult your doctor before use if you have diabetes, circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
This product can cause burns. To reduce the risk:
• Periodically check your skin for any signs of irritation or burns and, if found, discontinue use immediately.
• If you feel excessive heat, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over clothing, not directly on the skin.
• For those over 55, the risk of burns increases with age; wear ThermaCare over clothing and do not use the wrap while sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scans.
• Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to the product while wearing it, for example by leaning on hard surfaces, or wear it under tight clothing or belts.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you notice discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent change in the skin in the area where the product was worn, or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The heat-generating cells contain iron (approximately 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with skin or eyes, remove the wrap, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a doctor immediately. Also, in case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave oven) or attempting to reheat it, as the wrap could catch fire.
Do not use beyond the expiration date indicated on the packaging and label.
