Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, indicated for providing supplementary intake in cases of deficiency or increased need for these elements. Melatonin, taken before bed, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bed.

Ingredients
Water, fructose; stabilizer: glycerol; acidity regulator: citric acid; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavouring.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

How to use
One spray, preferably directing the cannula under the tongue, 30 minutes before bedtime. One spray contains 1 mg of melatonin. Shake well before use.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Any deposits at the bottom of the bottle do not affect the quality of the product.

Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, avoid exposure to heat sources and sunlight. The expiry date refers to the product in an intact package and correctly stored.
Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 months.
