Thanks to the synergistic action of melatonin, cytoplasmic pollen extract and magnesium, Femal Notte is effective in sleep disorders concerning both the falling asleep phase and the duration and effectiveness of sleep. In addition, the presence of pollen helps to restore energy for the day.

Ingredients
Purified pollen e.s.; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, potato starch; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium oxide, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol acetate); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin.

Gluten-free.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the evening, with a glass of water. It is recommended to take the product continuously and at the same dose to maintain its effectiveness.
