Purified pollen extract promotes vitality and energy and is effective in counteracting menopausal symptoms. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and to the maintenance of healthy bones. Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones.

Ingredients
Purified dry pollen extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: potato starch; vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol acetate); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Take 1 capsule daily.
