Description
Food supplement based on liposomal iron, vitamin C, copper, B vitamins and lactic ferments. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Copper contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body. Folate contributes to normal hematopoiesis. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells. Lactic ferments promote the balance of intestinal flora.

Ingredients
L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), liposomal iron (ferric pyrophosphate); coating agents: sunflower lecithin, sodium chloride; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Lactobacillus plantarum 299v (contains soy derivatives), copper gluconate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), calcium L-methyltetrahydrofolate (folate), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a generous sip of water.
