Total iron provided 30 mg and total vitamin C provided 100 mg. No artificial colors.
Gluten and lactose-free.
Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with a little water or other liquid, preferably before the main meal.
Treatment can be continued for up to two months after hemoglobin levels have normalized, to restore iron stores.
Warnings
Avoid use in cases of liver disease and hemochromatosis, repeated transfusions, hemolytic anemia, known hypersensitivity to iron, feverish states, viral infections, pulmonary tuberculosis, uterine hemorrhages.
Do not consume coffee and tea for up to one hour after taking the product, as they decrease iron absorption.
