Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, maca dry extract titrated to 1% in glucosinolates (Lepidium meyenii, tuber, powder), chasteberry dry extract titrated to 0.5% in agnuside (Vitex agnus-castus L., fruit, powder), resveratrol 98% (Polygonum cuspidatum, root, powder), ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10), zinc sulfate heptahydrate, iron fumarate, vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), manganese gluconate, vitamin H1 (p-aminobenzoic acid), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), L-selenomethionine, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, to be swallowed with a little water. It is recommended to take for at least three months.
