Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts, Magnesium, Vitamin C and Myo-inositol. The individual ingredients contribute to general psycho-physical well-being and help counteract discomfort related to menopause.

Heavy Magnesium Oxide: Mg 60.32%, red clover (Trifolium pratense L., root) dry extract titrated to 40% total isoflavones, chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus L., fruit) dry extract titrated and standardized to 0.5% agnuside, wild yam (Dioscorea villosa L., root) dry extract titrated and standardized to 16% diosgenin, black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa L., rhizome) dry extract titrated and standardized to 5% total saponins, nettle (Urtica dioica L., root) dry extract, titrated to 0.4% beta-sitosterols, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract titrated to 0.8% valerenic acids, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 100%, mallow (Malva officinalis L., leaves and flowering tops) 1:4 dry extract, chestnut (Castanea sativa M., leaves) dry extract, myo-inositol, noni (Morinda citrifolia L., fruit) dry extract titrated to 15% morindin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Instructions for use
2 capsules a day, one in the morning before breakfast, one in the evening before bed.
