Ashwagandha KSM-66 root dry extract [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] titrated to 5% withanolides, Flavox - lemon fruit dry extract [Citrus limon (L.) Osbeck.] titrated to 10% polyphenols (expressed as catechins) and 10% bioflavonoids, magnesium oxide, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 capsules a day, to be swallowed with water.
