Vitamins B6 and B9 contribute to normal psychological function. Vitamin B2, together with vitamins B6 and B9, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Lemon verbena promotes mental well-being.
Lavender promotes relaxation in case of stress and supports normal mood.
Skullcap promotes relaxation.

Ingredients
Lemon verbena (Aloysia citriodora Palau - folium) dry extract; capsule of vegetable origin: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (coating agent), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent); skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora L. - herba) dry extract titrated to 10% baicalin, lavender (Lavandual angustifolia Miller - flos) dry extract, Lactobacillus plantarum DR7 (CECT 7481), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B9 - folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Gluten and lactose free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach before breakfast with a glass of water.
