A cycle of Flormidabìl Recharge involves taking 2 sachets a day (in a single solution), for a period of 5 days, to be dissolved directly in the mouth or dissolved in a glass (about 150 ml) of water or other liquid at room temperature. It is also possible to take only 1 sachet a day continuously. Take the product at the most convenient time of day (e.g., just before or immediately after a meal) but maintaining an interval of at least three hours from any antibiotic intake.
