EXTRA STRENGTH Description
Powerful physical repellent for areas where insects thrive: forests, lake shores, rivers, swamps.
It is effective against mosquitoes (Aedes aegypti, Aedes albopictus also known as tiger mosquito, Anopheles gambiae, Culex pipiens), sandflies (Phlebotomus duboscqi) and ticks (Ixodes ricinus). It can be used from 2 years of age and complies with the recommendations of health authorities.
Immediately effective for 8 hours against mosquitoes and sandflies, and 7 hours against ticks.
Instructions for use
Shake before use. Spray into the palm of your hand and apply only to uncovered body parts: face, neck, hands, ¾ arms and ½ legs.
Application dose: 0.4mg/cm2, i.e. 2 sprays for a surface equivalent to an adult forearm. Use in well-ventilated areas or outdoors.
Warnings
Avoid contact with plastics, synthetic fibers, leather, paints, glasses, contact lenses and watch glasses. Do not apply directly to the face.
For children between 2 and 12 years old, wear long-sleeved shirts and long trousers. Use in children between 2 and 12 years old is only permitted if motivated by a risk to human health in accordance with the recommendations of health authorities. In this case, for children between 2 and 12 years old, the repellent must be applied by adults. Do not apply to children's hands. For other users, wash hands after application. Use during pregnancy should be restricted to areas at risk of vector-borne disease transmission. Do not put hands in mouth after application. The use of the product with other biocides or sun protection products is not recommended. If applying sun protection (application not recommended), wait 20 minutes before applying the repellent. Do not apply to damaged skin (wounds, sunburn, skin diseases, etc.). Avoid contact of treated skin with food.
Do not use the spray near foodstuffs or surfaces that may come into contact with products intended for human or animal consumption.
Do not use the product before bathing or showering.
Reapply in case of contact with water without exceeding the maximum recommended number of applications. Perspiration, humidity, friction, high temperatures, etc. negatively affect the duration of protection.
In case of ingestion: do not induce vomiting, do not administer anything by mouth. Risk of dizziness and loss of consciousness. Ingestion can cause acute poisoning. Immediately call a Poison Control Center or transfer the poisoned person to a healthcare center and, if possible, bring the label or container. Do not induce vomiting without medical advice. Keep the patient at rest and maintain body temperature. If the person is unconscious, lay them on their side with their head lower than the rest of their body and their knees semi-bent.
In case of contact with eyes: remove contact lenses if necessary. Rinse with warm running water for about 15 minutes, with eyes open, remembering to wash under the eyelids. If the eyes are still red two hours after rinsing, consult a doctor.
In case of skin lesions, redness or persistent pain after product application, consult a doctor.
Store in the original container. Do not decant the product. Do not mix with other waste. Bottles containing product residues must be treated in accordance with national regulations. Do not dispose of the product in the environment or in drains.
Keep out of reach of children.
Flammable liquid and vapours. Causes serious eye irritation.
Do not smoke. If consulting a doctor, keep the product bottle or label available.
Storage
Do not store at 40°C for more than 6 months. Expiry date written under the bottle for a temperature of 25°C. Keep away from heat sources, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames or other ignition sources.
