Directions for use
Ready to eat and best served chilled.
For adults: 1 to 3 cups per day as a supplement, unless otherwise specified by your doctor.
For children: dosage for children over three years of age should be determined by a doctor based on specific needs.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 24 hours. If consumed directly from the cup, discard any leftover product.
