Directions for use
Ready to eat, and to enjoy it best, it is recommended to serve it chilled.
For adults: 1 to 3 pots per day as a supplement, unless otherwise specified by the doctor.
For children: above three years of age, the dosage must be determined by the doctor based on specific needs.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours. If consumed directly from the pot, discard any leftover product.
