Ingredients
Sodium citicoline; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, polyethylene glycol, anhydrous dicalcium phosphate; gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), magnesium oxide, nicotinamide; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; cyanocobalamin.

Gluten and lactose free.

It is recommended to take one tablet a day.
