Gludat contains copper, zinc, selenium, and vitamin E, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; magnesium, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and electrolyte balance; magnesium and copper, which contribute to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin D and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones and the maintenance of normal muscle function.
