Description
Medical device for ophthalmic use consisting of a slightly hypoosmolar, sterile, physiological pH solution, preservative-free, including a combination of medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid and liposomes. Liposomes, in combination with hyaluronic acid, provide functional support to the ocular surface, reconstituting the lipid layer, which is responsible for containing and controlling the evaporation of the tear film.
Visavis is also able to regulate and improve the lubrication and hydration of the ocular mucosa.
Visavis is indicated to relieve redness, dryness, and eye fatigue in cases of dry eye syndrome, particularly those caused by inadequate qualitative lipid layer on the ocular surface, environmental stress (dust, allergens, smoke, air conditioning, environmental pollution), and visual stress due to computer, television, and VDU use. The product can also be administered during contact lens use to improve ocular lubrication and comfort.

Instructions for use
1. Open the protective aluminum pouch.
2. Separate a single-dose vial from the strip.
3. Twist and break the cap of the vial.
4. Gently squeeze the body of the vial and instill 2-3 drops in each eye.
5. The vial is reclosable; after instillation, immediately close it with its cap and reuse the remaining contents within the next 12 hours.
6. Store unused vials in the aluminum pouch until the contents are finished.
7. The product in the vial is for single patient use.
8. The product is compatible with contact lenses.
Instill 1-2 times a day, or as directed by a doctor.

Components
Lipoid 1%, hyaluronic acid sodium salt, sodium chloride, tribasic sodium citrate dihydrate, citric acid monohydrate, purified water q.s. to 100 ml.

Ingredients
The product is for ophthalmic use only. Once opened, the single-dose vial can be reclosed with its cap and the remaining contents must be used within 12 hours. If necessary, consult a doctor for use in pediatric age and for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use the product if the aluminum pouch is damaged and/or if the vials are not perfectly intact. Keep out of reach of children. Before opening the vial for administering the drops, it is advisable to wash hands thoroughly. During instillation, do not touch the eye, or other surfaces, with the dispensing tip of the vial. Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility with even a single component of the formulation. If necessary, check with your optician about the compatibility of the eye drops with the contact lenses used. In case of discomfort such as sensitization, irritating phenomena, or burning during use, immediately suspend treatment and consult a doctor. Any administration of ophthalmic drugs should be done at least 15 minutes after the instillation of eye drops, in particular, if they are products containing benzalkonium chloride, or other quaternary ammonium salts, to avoid the precipitation of hyaluronic acid. The administration of ophthalmic drugs concurrently with eye drops must be carried out under the supervision of a doctor who can evaluate possible interactions. Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package. Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.

Storage
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources, and direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, returning unused vials to the aluminum pouch.
Shelf life of unopened package: 36 months.
