Ingredients
Cereal flour* 89% (whole millet*, wheat*, corn*, whole spelt wheat*, whole barley*), concentrated apple juice*, concentrated orange juice*, concentrated blackcurrant juice*, concentrated carrot juice*, vitamin B1.

With only fruit and cereal sugars.
No added flavourings. No colourings or preservatives.
The sugar and salt content is exclusively due to the sugars and salt naturally present in the ingredients.
