Description
Food supplement with a high content of magnesium, zinc, vitamins B6 and D3, which contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous and muscular systems and energy metabolism, reducing tiredness and fatigue. With inulin.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to: the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the proper functioning of the nervous and muscular systems, psychological function and energy metabolism. In addition, vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, proteins and glycogen. Vitamin D3, in addition to also contributing to normal muscle function, plays a role in supporting the immune system, as do vitamin B6 and zinc. Finally, zinc supports normal cognitive function and contributes to the physiological metabolism of carbohydrates, macronutrients and fatty acids, as well as protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate; bulking agent: cellulose; magnesium L-pidolate, chicory inulin; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; Hydroxypropylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, zinc L-pidolate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) from lichen [Cladonia rangiferina (L.) Contains no preservatives, or colourings.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
Adults: 1 to 3 tablets per day to be swallowed with a little water, preferably between meals. Children (from 3 years of age) and adolescents: 1 or 2 tablets per day.
