Myo-inositol; bulking agent: erythritol; D-chiro-inositol, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), melatonin, folate (calcium L-methylfolate), natural flavouring; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, to be dissolved directly in the mouth or in a glass of water (150 ml).
