Description
Food supplement based on lactic ferments, prebiotic fibers (fructo-oligosaccharides: FOS Actilight) and purple carrot juice. With sweeteners.
The Howaru Restore complex contains a total of 10 billion bacteria from 4 different strains and its effectiveness has been confirmed by several clinical studies.
Together with Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, it promotes the balance of bacterial flora and intestinal well-being.
FOS Actilight is a prebiotic, i.e., an indigestible substance of food origin that selectively promotes the growth and activity of bacteria in the intestinal tract.
Purple carrot root juice contributes to the drainage of body fluids, promoting urinary tract function, the elimination of intestinal gas, and overall digestive function.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 orally soluble sachet per day. The content can be dissolved directly in the mouth or in a glass with about 100 ml of water or another non-hot liquid, to be drunk immediately afterward. The product can be taken from 3 years of age.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
