Description
Medical device in oral suspension to counteract the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux by acting on acid reflux, even in cases of indigestion.
Oral use.
Class IIa mechanical medical device, CE certified, developed according to an original, particularly effective formulation that blocks acid reflux, reduces burning, and protects the esophageal lining. Its effect is due to the synergistic action of sodium alginate and neutralizing agents, sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate, contained within it.

Ingredients
Sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, carbopol 974P, sodium hydroxide, sodium methylparahydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium saccharinate, citrus flavor, mint flavor, purified water.
Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 or 2 sachets after main meals and at bedtime. Shake before use.
Children under 12 years: should be administered only on medical advice.
If symptoms do not improve within 7 days, consult a doctor.

Warnings
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
The device is single-use: use the product immediately after opening and discard any remaining product in the unused sachet. It is important not to reuse the product after opening as it may lose its hygienic characteristics, compromising the functional performance of the device. Do not use the product if the packaging is not intact.
This product contains 144 mg (or 6.29 mmol) of sodium and 160 mg (or 1.6 mmol) of calcium carbonate per 10 ml of suspension. Consult a doctor if you are on a low-salt diet, for example in cases of hypertension, heart, liver and kidney problems, and in cases of hypercalcemia, nephrocalcinosis, recurrent kidney stones containing calcium.
The suspension contains methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, which can cause allergic reactions (including delayed reactions).
For pregnant and breastfeeding women, although there are no known risks, it is advisable to consult a doctor before taking the product.
Do not use in cases of severe kidney failure, as the exogenous salt supplement provided by antacids can cause electrolyte imbalances.
For periods of use longer than 30 days, it is recommended to interrupt the treatment for at least 5-7 days. If no improvement in symptoms is observed after 7 days of treatment, consult a doctor.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the components. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.
In adolescents (12-18 years), use the product only if strictly necessary and under medical supervision. Do not use the product in children under 12 years of age.
The product may interfere with the absorption of orally administered medications taken at the same time. Therefore, consult a doctor before using the product, especially if you are taking birth control pills or life-saving medications.
It is advisable to consult a doctor if taking oral medications at the same time, which in any case should be administered at least 2 hours apart.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 8°C and 25°C, in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat sources.
