Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS); bulking agent: maltodextrin; microencapsulated probiotic microorganisms: Bifidobacterium lactis BS01 (LMG P-21384) and Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR05 (DSM 19739); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Lactose-free.

Instructions for use
One sachet per day. Pour the contents into a glass and then add room temperature water. Stir and consume immediately. Take the product preferably on an empty stomach.
