Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, D-chiro inositol, gymnema, chromium, manganese, vitamin D, folic acid from Quatrefolic, and melatonin.
Gymnema promotes carbohydrate and lipid metabolism and is useful for controlling hunger, while manganese helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, and folate helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 stick packs daily, to dissolve directly in the mouth or in a glass of water.
