Description
Food supplement based on vitamin H (biotin), zinc, and copper, which contribute to the normal maintenance of hair. Zinc also contributes to the normal maintenance of nails. The amino acids L-cystine and L-methionine are important for the formation of keratin, the main component of nails and hair.

Ingredients
Stabilisers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; L-methionine, L-cystine, grape seed (Vitis vinifera L., seeds) dry extract titrated to 95% in proanthocyanidins, zinc gluconate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acids, riboflavin; calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), copper gluconate, D-biotin (vitamin H).

Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with water.

Warnings
Can be taken by women postpartum and during breastfeeding. Do not use during pregnancy and only after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the components. Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
