Description
Lichedi K2 is a food supplement containing vitamin D and vitamin K, which contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones, and vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for regular bone and cartilage function; vitamins D and C also contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably after a meal (at your discretion), with a sip of water.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: magnesium citrate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, coating agent: ethylcellulose), L-lysine, vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), vitamin K2 (menaquinone) derived from soy, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol of plant origin - extract of Cladonia rangiferina Web lichen, thallus).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For use of the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and in children, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
